Job Responsibilities

• Review requirement specifications and technical designs to create a testing strategy
• Create, maintain, and execute well-structured test plans and use cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Identify, document, and track defects during software development
• Review and advise on industry standards for software quality assurance
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Identify risky areas and suggest areas of improvement to minimize the risk
• Participate in release planning and organize regression testing for project release
• Use scripting to create test data and efficiently support relevant test activities
• Experience in performance and load testing (JMeter, Gatling, TestRail, and/or other)

Required Qualifications

• Experience in diagnosing, reporting, tracking, and resolving quality issues
• Experience with issue tracking and project management tools
• Good knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
• Ability to perform testing of web and mobile applications
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge of the CI/CD for the DevOps
• Advanced level of written and oral English
• Ability to collaborate with the development team
• Analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
